Review: Apple iPod Nano 4G - Part 2
Back to the original iPod design, the iPod Nano 4G presents a rectangular, vertical shape and a body made in aluminium and glass. The design features smooth lines and nine vivid colors. The 2″ display is illuminated and has a 320×240 pixels resolution. The player is also very light, weighing only 36,8 grams.
SPECIFICATIONS AND FUNCTIONALITY
As for the technical specifications, the Apple iPod Nano 4G is sold in two versions: one with an 8GB hard disk, and another with 16GB, which means the possibility of storing up to 2000 or 4000 in the AAC formats, 7000 to 14000 pictures and up to 8 or 16 hours of video, respectively.
The player is in fact compatible with the most audio / video formats, such as: AAC, Protected AAC, mp3, mp3 VBR, Audible, Apple Losless, AIFF and WAV. It is able to view JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PSD and PNG pictures and videos in H.264, MPEG3, m4v, mp4 and mov formats.
