Review - iPhone 3G - Part 5
On the base of the device, there’s the connector that will allow the phone’s synchronization to the computer via an USB cable. The synchronization is done through iTunes. Next to the connector plug, there are two small screws that allow the user to remove the back cover, and two small speakers.
The main panel is almost entirely covered by the display, a 3.5″ LCD with a 480×320 pixel resolution. A button is placed on the bottom of the display, and the latter is protected by a polycarbonate panel that is extremely resistant to scratches and inserted inside a black frame. On the external frame, we can see the chromed plastic frame that gives it an elegant feel.
All the back cover was made in white plastic with Apple’s famous logo stamped on the back. The white cover is only available for the 16GB model, that also offers the black cover version, while the 8GB model only offers the black color. On the back of the phone we can find the photocamera lens.
